SCC Announces October Speaker Series 2012 Topic
Patrick Fenton, director of operations-St. Louis at Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center, will present “Seeing Your Organization Through the Eyes of a Customer, Creating Customer Loyalty,” 7:30-9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, as part of the Leadership & Strategy Speaker Series, a business education program presented by Friends & Alumni of St. Charles Community College, Charter Business and the Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce. The event will be held in the Student Center Private Dining Room at St. Charles Community College.
Fenton will provide easy-to-follow suggestions to help recruit and retain a workforce determined to provide an exceptional level of service to your customers. His simple tips also will help participants to attract new customers through “word of mouth” advertising.
The Leadership & Strategy Speaker Series provides business education opportunities to business owners, their management teams and non-profit executives. The presentations are given by well-known experts in their respective fields and are free of charge.
Attendees must pre-register at www.stchas.edu/speakerseries. A continental breakfast will be provided. Pre-registration is required by midnight on Oct. 21.
