22nd Annual Mozingo Marching Competition

  • Where/ When? Francis Howell North High School, 2549 Hackmann Rd, Saint Charles all day on Saturday, August 27
  • Why Go? Nearly 35 high schools around St. Louis will be marching toward this annual competition. Come see what they’ve been preparing for all summer.
  • Pricing: Free admission. 

Festival of Nations

  • Where/ When? 2710 S Grand Blvd, Saint Louis, MO
  • Why Go? Have you ever tried Ethopian food or seen a traditional Cuban dance? Here is your chance. The Festival of Nations will entertain and inform you of our small world.
  • Pricing: Free admission.

Comedians of "Chelsea Lately" Comedy Night at SCC

  • Where/ When? St. Charles Community College, 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, Saint Peters onSaturday, August 27 beginning at 7 p.m.
  • Why Go? This PG-13 comedy show will have you rolling in your seat. Comedians Sarah Colonna and Guy Branum from E! Network’s popular late night talk show “Chelsea Lately” will headline SCCC’s Comedy Night.
  • Pricing: Tickets are $10 for the general public and $5 for SCCC students with valid ID. Purchase tickets online at stchastickets.com or through the SCC box office at 636-922-8050.

Saint Charles Fashion Week

  • Where/ When? Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles, 1 Ameristar Blvd, Saint Charles on Friday, August 26, from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.
  • Why Go? Six trendy boutiques will be showing their latest and greatest fashions this season. Don’t miss the runway show at 8 p.m.
  • Pricing: $25.00 per show, per person

St. Charles Imperial Dance Club

  • Where/ When? Elks Lodge, 1163 Tom Ginnever, O'Fallon on Saturday, August 27 beginning at 7:30 p.m. going through 11 p.m.
  • Why Go? Wear your Hawaiian shirt and flip flops one last time before  summer ends. This dance’s theme is Margaritaville!
  • Pricing: $8.00 for guests.  Join us for a great evening of dancing and meet friendly people.  Married, couples, or singles.

St. Chux Derby Chix-Home Roller Derby Bout

  • Where/ When? Matteson Square Gardens Tri-Plex, 3051 Industrial Park Pl W, Saint Peters all day Saturday, August 27
  • Why Go? Come cheer on the St. Chux Derby Chix as they try to demolish the Black-n-Bluegrass Roller Girls from Kentucky.
  • Pricing: Free admission.

Friday Night Flicks & Eco Park Dedication

  • Where/ When? 1800 N 2nd St, Saint Charles on Friday, August 26 beginning at 7 p.m. ending at 10:30 p.m.
  • Why Go? After the ribbon cutting ceremony, there will be a showing of the film “Tangled” kicking off the tradition of “Friday Night Flicks.” Come say that you’ve been going since the ribbon was cut.
  • Pricing: Free.
