1. "YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU"

Where/When:  ACT II Community Theater, now through Sunday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Why Go?: Support your local arts and enjoy this hilarious comedy.
Price: $12-$15

2. Meet Popular Children's Author Laura Numeroff

Where/When: Middendorf-Kredell Library, Saturday 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Why Go?: This is a great way to introduce your young one to a positive role model.
Price: Free. Doors open at 9 a.m. for this event and registration is required.

3. Working Women's Survival Show

Where/When: St. Charles Convention Center, Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Why Go?: This is a great place for women to network an find great tips on fashion, food, and fitness.
Price: $9.00 per person. 

4. Fight Night Watch Party-Penn vs. Fitch

Where/When: Dave & Busters, Saturday at 9 p.m.
Why Go?: Pay-per-view is expensive, so grab the guys and head to Dave and Busters to watch the fight for free.
Price: Free.

5. Food For Life

Where/When: Willott Road Community Church, Saturday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Why Go?: Would you like to learn how to cook a meal, all the while building yourself in a community of faith? The this is for you.
Price: Free.
