Man Throws Down, Drags Girlfriend After She Pounds Car with High Heels
The man was charged with third-degree domestic assault; the woman had abrasions on her knees and feet from being dragged, police said.

A St. Peters man faces criminal charges of throwing his girlfriend to the ground and dragging her by her arms Aug. 4 after she pounded his vehicle with her high-heeled shoe, St. Peters Police said.
Carlos Jaime Flores, of the 3000 block of Plum Creek Drive in St. Peters, was charged Aug. 6 with third-degree domestic assault.
Flores told St. Peters Police he wanted his girlfriend to stop hitting his car, so he grabbed her by the throat, threw her to the ground and dragged her into the house, according to the police report.
The woman had scrapes and cuts on her knees and feet from being dragged, police said in the report.
Bond was set at $5,000.
