MoDOT to Close Lanes on Interstate 70 Starting July 5

Crews will close lanes between Route 94 and Mid Rivers Mall Drive and between Lake St. Louis and Route Z weeknights on both eastbound and westbound I-70.

 

Lanes on Interstate 70 will undergo road repair and repavement beginning on July 5, 2011. 

The Missouri Department of Transportation will close lanes on Interstate 70 in two locations in St. Charles County, starting at 9 p.m. Tuesday July 5. All work is weather permitting.

Crews will close lanes between Route 94 and Mid Rivers Mall Drive and between Lake St. Louis and Route Z weeknights on both eastbound and westbound I-70. Each night of work, one lane will close at 9 p.m. and a second lane closes at 11. All lanes will be reopen by 5 a.m. the following morning.

The repair and resurfacing work continues into fall 2011.
