All you have to do is say, "hey please be more careful not to touch my **** while you remove hair from my ****. Problem solved!

Do not judge until you know the whole story. This is a nice family that needs your prayers right now.

I did not say she was making it up. I just meant we need to pray for the whole situation. Until a jury says otherwise, we need to assume innocence and pray for all the people and families involved.

I think they need to do some real investigating here. I know Larry and his family quite well, and know there are people who don't want him around as competition...just saying

I feel sorry for Larry, he seems to me very trustworthy, knowledgeable and high professional specialist. He runs his own business over 16 years to support his family. He gives education in medicine to his doughtier and gets her involved in his business. It has no sense to destroy everything he has built in years just because of one non-accurate procedure (or to have an ability to do inappropriate touching to his patients). He is very intelligent, respectful and hardworking man. I'm the one of his patients and I'm very satisfied with treatment and care I received at this Laser center. He helped a lot of people to improve their bodies and became more beautiful. I'm sure they very appreciate him for his talent and professional care.

Its always the ones you think wouldn't do it. It sounds like there may be another outstanding case..."Branam was charged with Assault 3rd in 2011 in a similar incident through St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. The case has not yet been resolved in the State Court". Obviously don't know if he is guilty or not but just because you know someone does NOT mean he/she didn't do it. Don't be naive!

The facts in this case just don't add up. She came back for repeat appointments, set up another appointment before she left, then went to the ER???? Sound like a set up to me. I agree with Monica. Competitors don't want him to have a successful business, and you know what they say - birds of a feather............

I agree, Larry is one of the nicest men I have ever met and we have known him for over a decade. He is extremely honorable and loyal to his wife and family. The terrifying part of this story is that someone just has to accuse you of something and you are already convicted in the eyes of your community. Why is his mug shot all over the paper and news. This is a he said she said situation if there ever was one but his name has been tainted already. What solid evidence can they possible have or ever hope to have. His cash only bond is ridiculous also.

How can you defend a predator. He uses his profession to prey on women in a vulnerable position. My wife was fondled by him during her treatment. He doesn't have anyone in the room while he does treatment. Does not wear gloves during treatment. He claims to have a medical condition such as an aneurysm for women to feel sorry for him. He lives a double life, people don't really know this guy.

WHY WOULD A MALE NOT HAVE AN ASSISTANT OR COWORKER IN THE ROOM WITH HIM WHILE PERFORMING THESE TREATMENTS TO FEMALES?
Too much at stake these days to not take EVERY precaution possible!!! I absolutely do not understand this.

Did she open her mouth and say anything like, "Stop it" or did she just make a follow up appointment and run right to the police or ER? Was she one of the two who came forward or did she just go home and ignore it until the St Peters PD went trolling for more "victims"?

I've been going to Larry for over five years and there has never been an assistant in the room. Maybe it depends on what area you are having treated? I can't say i'm surprised. He comes off nice, but there is just something about him.

You must not have a life because you are spitting out all of these “findings” as if you are obsessed. It is so good to know what YOU would do if you were his family. Now we can all sleep at night. If you are a friend of the "alleged" victim(s) or "alleged" perpetrator, then to help your friend, you should keep your comments to yourself and not post them in a public forum! Unfortunately, many comments regarding this issue are malicious and are based on emotion.

No matter your feelings on the issue: Loose lips sink ships and the person that knows the most often says the least ... that goes for the friends/family of the alleged victim and alleged perpetrator. If you are neither, then you should find a better use for your time and try making a positive change in this world!

Personal life issues aside, the sexual assault charges are concerning. I have an appointment today for a micro and I think it is with him since the regular girl is not in today (not sure it is related to this or not) but I have gone 3 other times for my eyebrows with him and he has always been fine. I really want to finish my appointments since no other places are willing to do under the eyebrow so this really bums me out. I have decided to go but this is unnerving.

Larry has Always been totally professional and really nice. Some of his procedures are painful and he stays humorous snd reassuring throughout I sent my daughter and daughter-in-law, gorgeous and sexy young women, to him & they only had the nicest things to say about him. This "victim" was 300# for God's sake. She paid him to remove hair from her vaginal labia and anus to be blunt. Like my daughter says, "He can't do the procedure without getting all up in your business". I consider Larry a friend and pray he can stay in business
