On this weeks edition of the Chowdown Showdown we asked everyone to pick their favorite doughnut spot.

We asked, and you answered. Doughnuts brought out a crowd of supporters, but you job is not done. We've narrowed down the field and now it's time to vote.

• Paul's Donuts and Ice Cream in St. Peters
• Donut King in St. Charles

You can cast your vote for your favorite among the finalists by submitting your answer in the poll below. 

Voting will continue through 5 p.m Thursday. Check back Friday morning to find out who has been chosen as this week's Chowdown Showdown Champion for having the best donuts in the county.
