The Martin Luther King Jr. holiday will alter the schedule of several St. Peters locations.

Here are the following places that will have hours impacted by the holiday.

• St. Peters City Hall offices are closed to the public for Martin Luther King Day.
• The St. Peters Cultural Arts Centre located in the west wing of City Hall will remain open.
• The St. Peters Rec-Plex will remain open normal hours. The Rec-Plex will have an extended public ice skating session from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Martin Luther King Day.
• St. Peters Municipal Court at the St. Peters Justice Center will be open.
• Recycle City will open for trash acceptance, but the facility's offices will be closed. The Recycle City recyclables drop-off center remains open seven days a week during daylight hours.
• St. Peters’ Earth Centre yard waste and compost facility will be open normal hours.
• The Solid Waste Services trash collection schedule will not be affected by the holiday.
• Animal Control officers in St. Peters can be reached for emergency calls only through Police Dispatch at 636-278-2222.
