St. Peters Man Sold 'Mushroom' Drug to Undercover Officer

The man sold psilocyn to a detective in July, according to a St. Charles County Drug Task Force report.

 

A St. Peters man was arrested after selling a psychedelic mushroom drug to an undercover officer, according to a St. Charles County Drug Task Force report.

Adam Lenox, 19, of the first block of Gateswood Drive in St. Peters, was charged Oct. 18 with distributing a controlled substance.

An undercover officer reported that Lenox sold him 8.1 grams of psilocin on July 30 near the intersection of Oxbow and Country Hill roads in St. Peters.

Lenox posted 10 percent of a $10,000 bond and was released.

Set Up? The person doing the selling had a choice and apparently he made the wrong one. I'm sure he knew it was illegal before he did it.
