St. Peters Police Blotter: Broken Windows and Damaged Cars

The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department.  The reports are for the week of April 8, 2012.

• Incident No. 8523: Property damage, 1600 block of Jungermann Road. A vehicle had two 12-inch scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle. No suspects and police are unsure if damage was purposeful or accidental.

• Incident No. 8561: Property damage, 6100 block of Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Victim’s passenger side window was shattered after he was caught stealing items from a neighborhood. When a neighborhood resident saw the theft occur, he attempted to stop victim. Once the victim was stopped, resident broke passenger side window of car. Original theft occurred in Cottleville and property damage occurred in St. Peters.

• Incident No. 8575: Property damage, 4700 block of I-70 Service Road. Unknown person(s) shattered window on vehicle at car dealership and damaged key box in vehicle.  Nothing was stolen from business.

• Incident No. 8584: Fraud, first block of Arrowhead Industrial. Unknown person(s) made several orders through business using stolen credit card information. Ongoing investigation with a possible suspect.
