The new Spencer Road Branch of the St. Charles County Library is beginning to take shape.
Thursday afternoon workers were out helping put the new library together. Located next door to the current library, the building has begun to look like a real building lately with workers getting out in the nicer weather.
Construction of the project is supposed to be completed by late 2011.
