Students w ill learn how to create a character and learn techniques that can be uti lized in rehearsal and life. Using Landon&rsquo\;s personal E.R.L. metho d\, exercises\, scenes and monologues\, everyone will become more comfor table with being vulnerable and develop the freedom to explore the art o f acting and character development. Often rehearsal time is limited\, so everyone will benefit from learning the artistry of acting from making physical and vocal choices to embracing your instincts and becoming more comfortable with being in front of an audience. We will also venture a bit behind the scenes and learn about tech theatre\, directing\, produci ng and the other elements that are part of the whole process of bringing a production to life. No matter what your interest or experience level is\, you will definitely benefit from this class and the lessons that wi ll be taught.
