Historic Bonnet Making Workshop
This is a hands-on workshop. You'll learn how to convert available materials into wonderful Regency, Civil War and Victorian-era bonnets that are appropriate for historic re-enactors, theater productions, and role-playing or cosplay enthusiasts.
The fee is $20, which includes a hat blank and a starter kit. An additional materials list is available on our website at HistoryIsAlive.org.
The workshop is from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Room #259 of Community Commons at Spencer Library in St. Peters.
A limited number of kits will be available for walk-in registrants. Please register to guarantee yourself a space.
This workshop is presented by the Living History Company, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to promoting living history experiences and providing education and networking opportunities for re-enactors.
