  the  world\, but it takes a dedicated team of judges to decide which is
  truly  the best-of-the-best. Being a Certified Barbeque Judge (CBJ) mea
 ns more  than just getting to taste award-winning barbeque - and decidin
 g which  barbeque wins those awards. It's about representing and spreadi
 ng the  message of KCBS\, which is to promote America's cuisine - barbeq
 ue.\n&nbsp\;Lakeside Que-topia will be sponsoring a Kansas City Barbeque
  Society  Certified Judge Class.&nbsp\; This class will be held July 7th
 \, 2012 at the  St. Peters Senior  Center at 108 McMenamy Rd.\, St. Pete
 rs\, Missouri.&nbsp\;  This class will be taught by Ed Roith.&nbsp\; Ed 
 Roith founded and leads the          Certified Barbecue Judging ("CBJ")&
 nbsp\;program of the Kansas          City Barbeque Society (KCBS)\nBy th
 e time you're finished\, you'll be ready to sign up for the next  compet
 ition in your area! And remember: your CBJ fee also includes one  year's
