L’École Culinaire is hosting an informational open house that features a friendly competition among four chef instructors, demonstrating their culinary skills in categories such as grilling, sautéing and frying. Representatives from L’École will be available to answer questions about programs, schedules and classes. Community volunteers are invited to participate as chef’s assistants and as judges.
