DESCRIPTION:YWCA Metro St. Louis will host a Job Fair/Open House\, from 3
  p.m.-6 p.m.\, on Tues.\, April 24\, at its YWCA St. Louis Head Start Pa
 gedale Center\, located at 1436 Ferguson Ave.\, in St. Louis.\nThere are
  more than 10 teacher\, teacher assistant and additional positions avail
 able at 11 YWCA Head Start centers that are located throughout the metro
 politan area.\nHead Start/Early Head Start\, for children ages 6 weeks t
 o 5 years old\, is a federally funded comprehensive child development pr
 ogram designed to increase school readiness of children from income-elig
 ible families. Head Start is recognized as one of the most cost-effectiv
 e and successful programs for preschool children in the country. Parents
  interested in enrolling children in the Head Start/Early Head Start pro
 gram are invited to tour the Pagedale Center.\nApplicants should bring p
