Free movies and more—here are the best bets for this week.

1.

Where/When: At noon today, Feb. 16, the Mid Rivers 14 Cine in the Mid Rivers Mall will be showing "Ice Age" free of charge. Seats are first come first serve.

Why Go: A trip to the movies can be pretty pricey, this is a chance to get out of the house and see movie for free. Movies are always better on the big screen anyway.

Pricing: Free.

Where/When:  Beginning Thursday, Feb. 17 and running Feb. 18 and Feb. 19 at the , 100 Clark St, Saint Charles, MO 63301.

Performances are:

  • February 17 at 7:30 p.m.
  • February 18 at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  • February 19 at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Why Go: Everyone needs a little art now and then. This 3D art show should be fun for the whole family.

Pricing: $15 at the door. Tickets can also be purchased at riversidetheatreco.com.

Where/When: The show will have performances on Feb. 18, to Feb. 20 and Feb. 25 to Feb. 27. Friday and Saturday showings begin at 8 p.m. and Sunday matinees begin at 2 p.m. All shows will take place at City Hall in the St. Peters Cultural Arts Centre.

Why Go: St. Peters Mayor Len Pagano  for the season-opening performance of the ACT II Community Theater. The chance to see Pagano, playing the role of the mayor, is a treat for fans young and old. 

Pricing: $12 to $15.

Where/When: 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 18 at  3930 McClay Rd, Saint Peters, MO 63304 (Calvary Temple)

Why Go: The 11 & Under Vipers baseball team are hosting their first trivia night. Proceeds will go towards paying for multiple tournaments. Doors open at 6:30 pm, and trivia will begin at 7. pm. Soda and light snacks will be provided. No alcohol allowed. Raffles and silent auctions will also be a part of this fun benefit.

Pricing: Price: $120 for tables of 8.

5. 

Where/When: 8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19, at , 2300 W Clay St, Saint Charles, MO 63301.

Why Go: Bobby Goldsboro will perform live at Bezemes Family Theater. The singer of several top-40 hits will be performing some of his classic songs and display some of his art.
