St. Peters Art Experience Camps at the  will kick off with a drawing and painting from June 4 to  June 8. Kids ages 2 and up will learn to create Expressionism & Impressionism.

Impressionist drawing and painting subjects will be ordinary objects painted with active brush strokes, emphasizing depiction of light, movement and a unique point of view. In contrast, expressionist focus is placed on the individual’s emotional view of the people and world around them. Works of expressionism are painted to evoke emotion as opposed to reflecting reality.
