With the ubiquity of cameras on cell phones, everyone fancies themselves a bit of a photographer.
But really, how many us actually know what we're doing? What makes a good picture? Is it the camera, or the person operating the camera?
We want to find the answers to those questions, but we need a little help. In the latest edition of "Ask the Patch Pro" we want to find the answers to all sorts of photography questions. But we need help. We need experts.
