  • Why Go: This feature is specially designed for toddlers and small children to steer their cycles in safety. There's also a playground. Older kids and grownups can enjoy the pedestrian trail.

  • Why Go: A great way for kids to learn the value of helping other children, this event raises funds for the Little Guppy Child Development Center. There's also a raffle and a silent auction!
  • Pricing: $20 per person/$160 per table

  • Pricing:  A free kids meal with the purchase of an adult combo meal (sandwich, side and drink). One free kids meal per adult meal purchased. 

MEET POPULAR CHILDREN'S AUTHOR LAURA NUMEROFF

  • Why Go: Numeroff wrote the popular book, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie. Now she's promoting her new title, Ponyella. It's billed as a "playful twist" on Cinderella. Numeroff will be signing books AND the mouse from If You Give a Mouse a Cookie will be at the library to greet everyone. 
  • Pricing: Free. NOTE: There is already a waiting list for this event! The library is expecting a large crowd. Registration is required. Numeroff will also be appearing at the main branch of the

GO FOR A SWIM

  • Where/When: Recreational swim hours: Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, noon to 6 p.m.
  • Why Go: Because you have cabin fever and you want to get yourself and your children off the couch! Splash in the leisure pool and enjoy the big slide. Note: adults cannot go down the slide with their children. The diving boards are also available on weekends, during selected hours.
  • Pricing: Free for members. Families who live in St. Peters can get a day pass for $15. There also are individual adult, veteran, senior, and children's rates, depending on residency.
