Description: Perform basic grooming services including brushing, bathing, and conditioning of animals; follow owner's instructions or Breed Standards when clipping, stripping or trimming an animals' coat; generate business by utilizing periods of time when not grooming pets to write and send reminder cards to customers who have not been in for grooming services for more than three months
Requirements: Knowledge in the grooming industry; at least one year's experience in grooming under the leadership of a professional groomer. Must successfully complete a personal skill evaluation by a PETCO Stylist or Grooming Salon Manager. A high school diploma or its equivalent (GED) is preferred.
