MoDOT Announces More Road Work in St. Peters

Construction projects taking shape as weather heats up.

The Missouri Department of Transportation and its contractor, Fred Weber, Inc., will shift traffic on Kisker Road to recently completed pavement between Central School Road and Route 94, starting Tuesday, May 3, weather permitting.

The existing one lane of traffic in each direction will move to the new pavement after morning rush period. On southbound Kisker Road, the roadway returns to two lanes in each direction just north of Route 94. Drivers will have one through lane and one left turn lane onto eastbound Route 94.

Crews are rebuilding the section of Kisker Road north of Route 94 over the next several months. Crews have completed work on the new southbound lanes of the road and will start working on the new northbound lanes after the switch.
