Ohmes Road Resurfacing Project Begins Monday

Three-month project will have periodic lane closures.

Starting Monday, a major road resurfacing project is coming to Ohmes Road between St. Peters Cottleville Road and Birdie Hills Road.

The project is set to begin at 7 a.m. Monday. Work will go from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays, as long as the weather cooperates. The projects is expected to be completed in three months.

Damaged concrete curb and gutter will be replaced and Ohmes Road will be resurfaced from Birdie Hills Road to Woodlands Sports Park Road. Ohmes Road will be reconstructed from Woodland Sports Park Road to St. Peters-Cottleville Road. In addition to existing sidewalk repair and ADA accessibility improvements, the project will also construct a new sidewalk along the east side of Ohmes Road, from east of Vantage Drive to Woodlands Sports Park Road.
