Research indicates that these lifestyle changes can decrease risk for developing cancer recurrence as well as decrease risk for developing diabetes and heart disease.

Proceeds from this race will benefit LIVEN, Lifestyle InterVention with Exercise and Nutrition, a unique program offered only to patients at the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital with cancer of the breast, prostate or colon.

If you cannot attend the race, but would like to donate to the LIVEN program, go to http://www.active.com/donate/runforyourlife.
