After months or preparation the General Municpal Election took place Tuesday, April 5. Candidates and supporters made a last-minute effort to lock up more votes and citizens hit the voting booth to make their voices heard.

Mostly clear, with a low around 48. South wind between 5 and 8 mph. 

Thursday: 
A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 68. Light wind becoming south between 12 and 15 mph. 

Thursday night: 
A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 57. South wind between 8 and 14 mph.
