Today is Groundhog Day, but I wonder just what the groundhog is going to tell us. I mean really, what's six more weeks of winter? It was in the 60s the last two days. Are we going to get six more weeks of that? Because that sounds great.

Friday: Showers likely. Cloudy, with a high near 52. East wind between 8 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent.

Friday Night: Occasional showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Low around 43. East wind between 8 and 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent.
