The Daily Dose: The Unofficial End of Summer Edition

The Daily Dose is a look at the weather, what you may have missed and what's coming up on St. Peters Patch. This is the Sept. 6, 2011 edition.

It's the day after Labor Day and, although the calendar still shows a few more weeks of summer left, unofficially that means summer is over.

The outdoor pools around St. Peters are now closed, school is back in full force and the weather is finally (maybe) turning cooler. As a fan of fall, I'm pretty happy. I just hope we get a fall and don't skip right to winter.

So while you're putting away your swimsuit for another year, take a break and enjoy The Daily Dose.
