Here's a look at this week's Traffic Troublemakers and the latest road closures and construction projects in the area.

What's even more maddening than road closures and construction that slows you down? Inconsiderate, irresponsible drivers that make you just shake your head in disbelief. Each week on Patch, we'll highlight some of these Traffic Troublemakers, plus give you a look at what to expect on the roads courtesy of the Missouri Department of Transportation.

Police have traced the license plate of the vehicle and arrested a Brentwood teenager for third degree assault and peace disturbance. Police recovered the weapon; it was a B.B. pistol."

"Police were called to the 7400 block of Woodlawn Colonial on at 3 AM by a taxi cab driver. Two men called for a cab ride home from a bar on Washington Avenue, in downtown St. Louis, to Woodlawn Colonial, and one of the men refused to pay the cab fare. The drunk man was arrested."
