Fundraiser for Joe Tocco who has “Severe Aplastic. Aplastic Anemia develops when damage occurs to
your bone marrow, slowing or hsutting down the production of new blood cells
(red, white and platelets.)
Joe has been through 5 different
treatments… IVIG, Atgam
Cyclosporine, Bone Marrow Transplant, Rituxan & Stem Cell Infusion. None of these have worked because he has
encountered major graph failure. Now Joe
is on the Bone Marrow list in search of a unrelated matched donor, to try to
save is life with another transplant.
Joe cannot work or be in any
environment that puts his immune system in jeopardy. He has a wife, a 6 year old daughter and a
recently born baby girl.
This benefit will greatly help Joe and
his family!
