Entrepreneurship in Sports and Entertainment Symposium

The Duree Center for Entrepreneurship of Lindenwood University presents its culminating event for "Entrepreneurship Week": A free symposium featuring two nationally recognized speakers. Mike Veeck from the world of Sports and Steve Smith from the world of Entertainment will be providing personal insights into their entrepreneurial career paths.

Among other achievements, Veeck is a third generation baseball entrepreneur with six successful minor league teams under his ownership and Smith is a five time Emmy Award winner and was Dean of the Ringling Clown College for 10 years. It is truly a rare opportunity and singular occasion to have both of these accomplished individuals come together to present on entrepreneurship.

This event will be located at Lindenwood University's Harmon Hall in the Dunseth Auditorium.

The FREE event is open to the public, but registration is required and space is limited. For further information and to register, visit www.DureeCenter.org.

The School of Business & Entrepreneurship of Lindenwood University presents this free event in conjunction with The Coleman Foundation, the Economic Development Center of St. Charles County (EDC) and the Partners for Progress of Greater St. Charles (PfP).
