Womens Self Defense Topic of DAR Meeting

"Women's Self Defense" will be the topic of the Caroline Close Stuart
Chapter, National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR)
at the January 18 meeting in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. 



 



Paul Fritsche, owner
of the Midwest Krav Maga and a native of St. Louis, Paul has been training in Krav
Maga since 2006..
Members will be shown how to safely and effectively fend off an attacker and how
to defend themselves from worst case scenarios. -Members of the Chapter are
encouraged by the National office to utilize topics helping them to be well
rounded members of the community.  Self
defense is just one of the many women's issues topics the Chapter members discuss
at their meetings.

Held at the Lake St.
Louis Banquet Center, 10604 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Lake St Louis, the
Chapter holds all its meetings at this location.

Interested
women who would like to attend the January meeting which begins at 10 am, must
make reservation for the lunch portion of the meeting.  For more information about the DAR or to make
