An Errant Text, More Bobcat Damage And Identity Theft Highlight the Police Blotter

  • Incident No. 3768: Property damage/stealing, 300 block of Main Street. Victim’s vehicle was broken into on the business parking lot.  A laptop and various other items were stolen from car.  Entry was forced on the vehicle.
  • Incident No. 3785: Property damage, 1400 block of Gettysburg Landing. Two suspects broke out window of school, after school hours.  Damage estimated at $300.  The same suspects admitted to damaging other property at the 4000 block of North Saint Peters Parkway in the same manner.
  • Incident No. 3801: Stealing, 3900 block of Veteran’s Memorial Parkway. Unknown person(s) stole victim’s credit/debit card from wallet. Cards were later used in the Maplewood area. 
  • Incident No. 3858: Identity theft, 1st block of Hope Court.  Unknown person used victim’s debit card online to make several unauthorized purchases.
  • Incident No. 3876: Pornography, 2900 block of Plum Leaf Circle. Exceptionally cleared investigation with no prosecution.  Juvenile received a pornographic text, but after further investigation, the text picture was sent by mistake because the sender had an outdated phonebook on his phone.
  • Incident No. 3904: Burglary, 2900 block of King’s Crossing. Suspect broke window to church and attempted to gain entry.  Employee heard the commotion and contacted the St. Peters Police Department. Suspect was stopped shortly afterwards and arrested for Property Damage and Attempt Burglary
  • Incident No. 4002: Stolen auto, 4100 block of Old Highway 94. Falsely reported, not an active/valid case
  • Incident No. 4116: Stealing, 200 block of Mid Rivers Center. Victim dropped wallet accidentally while trying on shoes at retail store.  Unknown white female suspect saw victim’s wallet lying on the ground and took it and placed it in her purse.  Active investigation.
  • Incident No. 4204: Stealing, 300 block of Salt River Road. An unknown person at work site stole front-fork attachment to a Bobcat.  No suspects.
  • Incident No. 42689: Burglary, 4100 block of West Drive. Changed to a Trespassing.  Suspect issued a summons for unlawfully entering victim’s residence while he was working and slept in his bed.  Suspect was highly intoxicated and entered the wrong residence.  Nothing was stolen and there was no property damage.
