Man Convicted of Assaulting Cop Now Charged With Burglary Near St. Peters
A St. Charles County Sheriff's deputy said Damarco Allah stole an Xbox from a St. Charles County home.
A Harvester area man is accused of burglarizing a St. Charles County home in October.
Damarco A. Allah, 19, of the 1400 block of Park Ashwood Court in the Harvester area, was charged April 2 with second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft.
A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said Allah entered a home in the first block of Fern Drive in St. Charles County Oct. 25 and stole an Xbox 360 game console.

The deputy reported that Allah sold the gaming system for $20.
Allah is being held in St. Charles County jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

He had pleaded guilty July 9 to two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer, two counts of resisting arrest and one count of first-degree trespassing. He served 30 days in jail on those charges.
