Man Put 20-Stitch Hole In Moviegoer's Mouth, Police Say

St. Peters Police said Raymond Oliver, of Hawk Ridge, punched a man in the face inside Mid Rivers Mall. The man told police he also suffered a concussion and some memory loss.

A Hawk Point man seriously injured another man by punching him in the face March 1 near the ticket booth at Wehrenberg Theatres inside Mid Rivers Mall.

Raymond Oliver, 34, of the 300 block of Hawkeye Drive in Hawk Point, was charged March 5 with third-degree assault.

St. Peters Police said Oliver punched a man, cutting his lip and putting a hole about one inch from his mouth that required 20 stitches. The man also told police he suffers from memory loss due to a concussion he suffered when he hit his head on the floor after being punched.

Bail has been set at $10,000 for Oliver.
