A St. Charles man faces criminal charges after police said he hit a St. Peters man with a chair and choked him on Sept. 12.

Kyle Crawford Gay, 20, of the 2000 block of Dawson Drive in St. Charles, was charged Sept. 24 with third-degree assault and first-degree trespassing.

St. Peters Police said Gay unlawfully entered a home in the first block of Shadow Ridge in St. Peters. He then hit the homeowner with a 20-pound chair and choked him until he nearly passed out, according to court documents.

Gay voluntarily went to St. Peters Police station for an interview afterward, police said. He was not arrested.

Perhaps, but thanks for judging without much information as you usually do. They do not state what information was gathered during the interview.

Idiot you have got to be the moron that you sound like. This animal broke into a home that is not his, attacked and hit a man with a chair then left the scene. Just what do you not understand as each are unlawful acts. It is quite evident that you have no idea what you are talking about.
