Police said the man originally asked a third party to arrange sex with a 12-year-old virgin.

A St. Charles County grand jury indicted a man on criminal charges Friday after prosecutors said he asked an informant to arrange sex for him with a 12-year-old virgin.

Mohammad Teimoortagh Jr, 23, of the 3200 block of Everwood Run in St. Charles County, was indicted on the following charges:

  • Attempted sexual trafficking of child under 18
  • First-degree attempted promoting prostitution
  • Second-degree attempted statutory rape
  • Possession of a controlled substance

According to court documents, Teimoortagh had a face-to-face meeting with a woman whom he asked to find him a 12-year-old to have sex with him. The woman told him she could find him a 15-year-old virgin.

Teimoortagh said that was too old for him, but a 14-year-old would be acceptable, St. Peters Police said. He said he would need a photo of the girl, according to court documents.

Afterward, the woman contacted police and told them the situation. St. Charles County Drug Task Force and St. Peters Police had her arrange to meet Teimoortagh outside a St. Peters hotel, where she would provide a 14-year-old girl.
