Man on Probation for Burglary Enters Living Center, Steals Van, Police Say

Damarco Allah was on probation after pleading guilty to an Oct. 25 burglary in St. Charles County.

A 19-year-old man, placed on probation in May after pleading guilty to burglary, now is accused of a burglary and vehicle theft in St. Peters.

Damarco Andre Allah, 19, of the 100 block of Candlelight Court in St. Charles County near St. Peters, was charged with second-degree burglary and stealing a van.

St. Peters Police said Allah entered Community Living at 1040 St. Peters Howell Road and took the keys to a 2003 Chevy Venture and $2 from a room.

Police said Allah then drove away in the van.

According to a court document, Allah told Wentzville Police that he took the van, and currently is using narcotics.

Allah was placed on five years probation May 20 after pleading guilty to second-degree burglary and felony theft in St. Charles County on Oct. 25.

Bail was set at $50,000 for Allah.
