Manhunt Over: Suspect in Robbery Caught in Flint Hill Area

The suspect stole bath salts from a bait shop on Highway 94.

KMOV has reported that the suspect who led police on a chase through the Wentzville area, ditched his car and disappeared in a wooded area near Flint Hill has been apprehended.

The suspect stole synthetic bath salts from the 94 Bait and Tackle store in Weldon Spring.

Officers from the St. Charles County Sheriff's Department chased the suspect after he was seen in the Winghaven area. Missouri State Highway Patrol officers joined in the chase until the suspect bailed from his car near Flint Hill.

St. Charles County officers conducted the manhunt in the Highway 61 area near Flint Hill, searching creek bed areas where the suspect was eventually found and apprehended around 2 p.m.
