Missing Inflatable Rhino Found at Lone Wolff Park

Michael's Flooring Outlet mascot has been returned.

Rico the Rhino, a 25-foot long, 12-foot tall inflatable rhino that went missing earlier this week, has been found. 

According to KSDK, St. Peters Park workers discovered the rhino in, where else, a park. The rhino was found folded up on a picnic table in Lone Wolff Park. 

Rico was returned to the store. One of his legs was damaged, but the hole was patched and he is once again inflated in front of the store.

KSDK reports that one of the legs was damaged, but the hole was patched and the inflatable rhino was returned to his home outside Michael's Flooring Outlet at 116 Main Street.

Police said the rhino went missing between 8:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Monday.

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, an employee driving by the store though the rhino has simply deflated before realizing that it wasn't there at all. The giant rhino is valued at $3,500, meaning the crime of stealing it is classified as a felony.

Police still don't have a suspect for the theft.
