One Driver Injured in Crash at Cave Springs

A driver sustained minor injuries following a crash near Interstate 70 in St. Peters.

A St. Charles woman was injured after a two-car collision on Cave Springs Drive at Interstate 70 in St. Peters. 

Early Friday morning morning, Heather Tat, 25, of St. Charles, was heading Northbound on Cave Springs Drive in her 2004 Toyota Camry. Daniel Hudzinski, 24, of St. Peters, was attempting to make a left turn onto the ramp for eastbound Interstate 70.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Hudzinski failed to yield to Tate. The front right of Hudzinski's 2003 Honda Accord struck the front of Tate's Camry. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.

Tate was transported to St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles by St. Charles County Ambulance. The crash report lists her injuries as minor. 

Both drivers were wearing saftey devices in the crash.
