Overturned Tractor Trailer Backs Up Traffic On Interstate 70
Late Monday morning a tractor trailer overturned on Eastbound Interstate 70 just in front of the Mid Rivers Mall Drive overpass.
Traffic was backed up as far as the eye could see late Monday morning on Eastbound Interstate 70.
A tractor trailer overturned blocking several lanes of traffic. Only two lanes of traffic were open at noon.
The accident occured just in front of the Mid Rivers Mall Drive overpass. Drivers looking to hop on I-70 from Mid Rivers Mall Drive were met with road cones and a closed exit.

Update
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is reporting that there were no injuries or other vehicles involved in the accident. The Post-Dispatch also reports the road could be closed for at least three more hours.
