Police Blotter: $2,000 Worth of Stereo Equipment Stolen From Unlocked Car

Felony Stealing

The victim had more than $2,000 worth of stereo equipment stolen from unlocked vehicle in the 1st block of El Caballo. There are no suspects at this time.
A suspect stole merchandise from employer in the 1600 block of Jungermann Road. The value of the stolen items was approximately $800. Suspect was arrested and released pending application of warrants.

Gun Disposal

Reporting party turned in two shotguns, handed down to him from a deceased family member. The reporting party did not want the guns in his household and turned them in to our department for disposal.
