Police Blotter: 36-Year-Old Man Refuses to Leave Taco Bell, Gets Arrested

Resisting/Interfering with Arrest

  • A 36-year-old male suspect was arrested for trespassing at Taco Bell in the 100 block of Mid Rivers Mall Drive after being instructed numerous times by staff to leave the premises.  The male suspect caused a verbal disturbance inside of the business by yelling profanities. Officers found the suspect walking away from the business and when they advised him he was under arrest, he refused to comply by putting his hands in his pockets. Suspect was taken into custody without further incident or use of force. 
Stealing 
  • Jewelry stolen from residence in the first block of Lost Dutchman Drive, possibly by acquaintances. Active investigation.
