Police Blotter: Burglary, Theft and Property Damage

The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department.

The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department for the week of May 12 to May 19 2011. 

  • Incident No. 10667: Property damage, Jungermann/McClay. Victim had a soda can thrown at his vehicle after having a verbal confrontation with another driver. There was a small dent on the vehicle causing minor property damage. Suspect vehicle was not located.
  • Incident No. 10672: Property damage, 4100 block of Highway 94. Glass door on business was damaged by unknown person and by unknown means.  No entry was made into business.
  • Incident No. 10677: Burglary/residence, 100 block of Sutters Mills Road. Unknown person(s) broke into vacant house. Person(s) broke garage window to gain entry.
  • Incident No. 10689: Burglary/residence, 800 block of Du Pre Court. A 79-year-old victim called 911 after hearing someone inside of her residence. Suspects stole an undisclosed amount of cash from her residence and fled the area. Through an investigation, two suspects were quickly arrested and interviewed by the St. Peters Police Department detective bureau. Warrant application has been sent to the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for their review.
  • Incident No. 10724: Stealing/felony, 300 block of Quiet Country Drive. Stolen GPS unit recovered and returned to owner.  in the incident.
  • Incident No. 10725: Stealing/felony, 200 block of Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Sewing machine stolen from business. Unknown suspects.
  • Incident No. 10954: Burglary/residence, 500 block of Pioneer Drive. Unknown person(s) made entry into victim’s house overnight through an open garage door. Multiple electronic items were stolen from residence.  Active investigation.
  • Incident No. 10978: Child molestation, 8000 block of Mexico Road. Active investigation.
  • Incident No. 10993: Stealing/felony , 7100 block of Mexico Road .Unknown person stole copper backflow preventer from business.
  • Incident No. 10997: Stealing/felony, 2200 block of Highland Hill Drive. Victim’s credit card stolen, possibly by an acquaintance. Active investigation.
  • Incident No. 11068: Burglary/residence, 3900 block of Concord Court. Unknown person stole 3-month-old pure-breed pit bull from inside of residence.
  • Incident No. 11101: Stealing/felony, 3800 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway. Two unknown black males stole five cell phones from store display.
