Police Blotter: Estranged Husband Attacks Wife, Gets Arrested

Burglary
  • The reporting party located a BB gun in her front yard in the 100 block of Mill Spring Lane in the morning. Officer found the owner of the BB gun a few houses up and she stated she just realized the BB gun had been stolen from her garage. Victim was unable to determine when it could have been stolen. Item was returned to owner. 
  • Victim’s estranged husband unlawfully entered her apartment in the 1400 block of Garden Valley Drive and assaulted her by punching her in the face several times. The victim refused medical treatment. Suspect was arrested in the St. Louis County area for Burglary 1st and Domestic Assault.  Warrant application is pending through St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
