Trespassing
  • The victim/homeowner became aware that two subjects were inside of her home in the 1st block of Sweetbriar Court while she was out of town. The homeowner asked the police department remove them from her residence and issue them a trespass warning (they were originally invited in my victim’s son). Once the suspects left, we received another phone stating the subjects had returned after police left the scene. Victim stated she wanted to prosecute. Suspects were arrested and issued a summons for Trespassing.
Assault
  • Police responded to a pushing incident in the first block of Fairfield Court involving a 19 year old female and her friends mother. No injuries. No prosecution desired by victims.
