Police Blotter: Woman Choked by Boyfriend After Arugement

Felony Stealing

  • Victim had her checkbook stolen from her vehicle while vehicle was left unattended in the 1000 block of Grand Teton Drive. There was no forced entry on the vehicle.

Identity Theft

  • An unknown person withdrew almost $2000 from a bank account belonging to a victim in the 5000 block of Mount Ellen Court. Transactions were traced back to three different cities in other states. It is unknown who the suspect is. The victim’s debit card and checkbook were accounted for and were not stolen.

Domestic Assault

  • Victim stated she got into a verbal argument with boyfriend in the 300 block of Park West Drive. The verbal argument then turned physical when she attempted to leave and the boyfriend assaulted her by choking her. Victim had no injuries that required medical treatment. Warrant application was made on suspect.
