Police Looking for Robbery Suspect

St. Peters Police are searching for a man accused of robbing someone in the parking lot of Bed Bath and Beyond.

The St. Peters Police Department is currently searching for a suspect after an alleged robbery on Tuesday.

A person, described as a white male in his early 20s, allegedly robbed a victim on the parking lot of Bed Bath & Beyond. 

According to the police, at around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, the victim was inside her vehicle on the parking lot of Bed Bath & Beyond. The suspect jumped inside of her car, displayed a large knife and demanded money. The victim gave him an undisclosed amount of cash and after several minutes, he exited the vehicle in an unknown direction.

The suspect was described as:

  • White male, late teens to early twenties
  • 5-foot-11 – 6-foot-1, with a thin build
  • Strong odor of cigarette smoke
  • Armed with a large knife
