Police Reports: Yard Waste Dumped in Back of a Car

Landscape lighting was broken at a house in the first block of Mill Race Drive around 11:30 p.m. Sept. 15. Someone also dumped yard waste in the bed of the homeowner's truck.  

An 18-year-old student at Fort Zumwalt High School East was arrested and booked on Sept. 16 for inappropriately touching a fellow student, knowing the contact would be offensive. He was charged with assault in the third degree.

A suspect bought a vehicle from a dealership in the 4700 block of the North Service Road using an invalid address and information. The suspects refused to cooperate and couldn't be located. The incident was reported on Sept. 16 but the car was stolen in June.
