Police Say St. Peters Man Exposed Himself While Driving on I-70
Police said the incident occurred while approaching Mid Rivers Mall Drive.
A man was charged Monday with second-degree sexual misconduct for exposing himself while driving.
said Lawrence Messina, 49, of the first block of Connemara, was driving on Interstate 70 approaching Drive when he pulled alongside a woman in another vehicle. Police said he lifted his pelvis upward and exposed himself to the woman.
The Wentzville woman called police and gave the man’s vehicle description and license plate number.
